Option 2: Free listing with reciprocal link on a page - credited with 2 points
Option 3: Free listing with main page/sidebar listing - credited with 5 points
Option 4: Paid listing - additional credit of 5 points
Note: 1 point = $5. The higher the points, the higher the placement of the listing. Top 10 placements remain on the main page until another listing is placed higher.
